Program Aims to Lower Homeowners' Utility Bills

A free program is being offered to help lower utlitiy bills for homeowners through Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency. 

The initiative is OLHSA's weatherization assistance program and services eligible families by makin0g their homes more energy efficient.  Residents will receive help with wall insulation, attic insulation, air leakage reduction, furnace repair or replacement and other energy saving measures.
